How is the saving calculated?
Weekly hours = hours per week × people. Automatable hours = that × your automatable share. Weekly saving = automatable hours × hourly rate, then annualised over 52 weeks.
What counts as “automatable”?
Repetitive, rules-based steps a Flow, Apex job, or agent can do reliably — data entry, routing, updates, acknowledgements. Be conservative; we refine it together.
Does this include the build?
No — it sizes the recurring saving. Book a call for an honest build estimate and payback period.
Can you automate part of a process?
